Shelmar Publications was formed when long-time friends Shelly Burke and Martha Whited, both nurses, worked together to write the book How to Find Your Perfect Job in Nursing. The company name “Shelmar” is a combination of both author’s names.
Shelly went on to write Home is Where the Mom Is; A Christian Mom’s Guide to Caring for Herself, Her Family, and Her Home, and finished publishing her third book, What Should I Say? Finding the Right Words for Life’s Stickiest, Trickiest, and Most Uncomfortable Situations. |
