Shipping
The gifts sold by OnlineCoolGifts are shipped from various locations. Orders may be received in multiple shipments. Unless noted, OnlineCoolGifts will use UPS or the U.S. Post Office for shipping. OnlineCoolGifts.com reserves the right to use the shipping method preferred or required by our vendors.

Product Availability
Some gifts on OnlineCoolGifts are one-of-a-kind products; therefore, multiple purchases cannot be made. Some gifts on OnlineCoolGifts are custom made and produced upon order; therefore, may require additional time before shipping. Some items on OnlineCoolGifts are limited edition; therefore product availability may be limited. All products are sold on first come, first serve basis. If a product is unavailable, OnlineCoolGifts will contact you.

Returns & Exchange
OnlineCoolGifts is happy to replace a gift within 30 days after purchase with another selection, issue a gift certificate, or refund the credit card used (excluding shipping and handling) for its original purchase. Please note: Custom made, monogrammed and personalized products may not be returned unless they are damaged. Repack the gift with the original invoice or packing slip and mail to:

Sales Tax
Residents of Nebraska are subject to state and city sales tax. Sales tax will be assessed according to place of residence. Residents outside Nebraska are not subject to any sales tax.
